Position: Full-Stack Software Engineer (Angular / .NET)

Type: 6-Month Contract

Location: Atlanta, GA (Galleria) - 3 days onsite

Start Date: Immediate

This is a front end leaning full stack role - Angular expertise is required!

Summary

Tier4 Group is partnering with an Atlanta-based client to identify a Full-Stack Software Engineer who can help maintain and evolve a core business application built with Angular and .NET Core. This is a high-impact contract role focused on both ongoing product enhancements and long-term modernization initiatives.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in complex environments, is comfortable working across the full technology stack, and enjoys solving technical challenges that directly improve user experience and system efficiency.

What You’ll Do

Build, maintain, and optimize new features across the front and back end of a large enterprise web platform.
Modernize legacy Angular components and recommend new architectural patterns.
Develop and refine RESTful APIs using C# / ASP.NET Core.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Improve performance and usability across the application’s interface and database layers.
Collaborate with other engineers through code reviews, sprint planning, and documentation best practices.

Frontend: Angular (v12+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
Backend: C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ
Database: SQL Server
Version Control: Git
Security: OAuth, JWT, role-based access

Your Background

4+ years of professional experience building web applications using Angular and .NET Core.
Proficiency in both front-end and back-end development with the ability to deliver full-stack features independently.
Solid understanding of relational databases and query optimization.
Experience developing responsive UIs and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Comfortable working remotely and managing deliverables with minimal oversight.

Preferred Experience

Exposure to legacy application modernization or front-end migration projects.
Knowledge of alternative client-side data management tools or frameworks.
Prior consulting or enterprise-level development experience.
