We at Coforge hiring Business Analyst – MRO AI Solutions (Embedded in BA)/Fixed Term Contractor/3 days onsite

Role Purpose

The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful delivery of MRO AI Solutions within BA while designing for group-wide scalability. This role requires consultancy-level expertise to define requirements, align priorities, and drive transformation outcomes across multiple OpCos.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with BA stakeholders to capture and validate business requirements for AI solutions
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
Facilitate workshops and design sessions to align BA objectives
Support roadmap development and ensure timely delivery of milestones
Monitor progress, manage risks, and escalate issues proactively
Ensure requirements and solution designs consider group-wide applicability and scalability across all OpCos

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in business analysis within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Strong understanding of airline operations and data-driven transformation
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Ability to produce clear documentation and actionable insights
Significant experience in similar roles, with a proven ability to integrate quickly into new teams and deliver immediate value
Initial co-location with BA teams in London is essential; candidates must also be prepared to travel internationally during later stages
