Title : Senior Inside Sales Account Representative
Location: 80 King St., St. Catherine’s ON L2R 7G1 2nd floor
Duration: 12+ Months with possibility of extension.
Hourly Pay Rate: $21.39 & Bonus - $1000 one time
NOC Code: 62100 (Teer Category 2)
Training & Shift timings:
Training start time & how many weeks for training: 8 weeks - Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm EST
Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 9:30am to 6:30pm EST (including statutory holidays).
Hours may vary between 35-44hrs / per week.
Inside Sales Digital Marketing professionals support small and mid-sized businesses by combining strong customer service skills, digital marketing knowledge, and technical proficiency. Their role is to guide clients through their social media advertising efforts, helping both the business and their own skillset grow.
key responsibilities include:
Showing dedication to consultative, solutions-oriented sales that prioritize client objectives.
Managing a book of high-value SMB advertisers and driving revenue growth through deep product understanding.
Researching clients’ industries, markets, and business models to gain essential insights.
Identifying new sales opportunities and offering tailored advertising solutions that align with client goals.
Customizing recommendations based on client needs and vertical expertise.
Enhancing clients’ experience by advising on the best use of advertising products and features.
Conducting proactive outreach through high-volume outbound calls, along with responsive engagement via phone and email, to review campaign performance and offer optimization guidance.
Building long-term relationships by developing strategic marketing and sales plans.
Consistently surpassing quarterly goals through active pipeline management and outbound calling.
Understanding client objectives to gather and apply market intelligence.
Becoming a subject-matter expert in social media advertising solutions, performance drivers, analysis, and trends.
Sharing insights to improve ad products and overall customer experience.
Demonstrating curiosity through continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
Keeping up with competitive and industry trends to position advertising solutions effectively.
Speaking directly with business decision-makers to optimize their advertising campaigns, increase platform confidence, and drive higher investment and retention.
Helping clients refine their campaigns, maximize budgets, improve results, and reach their marketing objectives.
Handling client support issues while maintaining strong relationships and consistently meeting their needs.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in relationship-based sales, advertising sales, or digital marketing.
At least 4 years of overall professional work experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous inside sales experience, including outbound and inbound calling.
Experience working with quotas, demonstrating measurable sales impact and consistent target achievement.
Interest in deepening vertical expertise through structured training and certification.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing client and industry needs, with a commitment to ongoing sales development.
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and strong at follow-through, with a collaborative mindset.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Solid knowledge of digital marketing principles.
Skilled at building long-term customer relationships and driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Experience supporting North American customers.
Outstanding listening and communication skills, with a customer-focused, solutions-driven attitude.
Excellent writing, grammar, and typing accuracy.
Confident phone presence and strong professional sales acumen.
Strong computer skills, with the ability to navigate and multitask across several systems at once.
