At Tufin, we’re on a mission to simplify and automate network security for global enterprises. As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be the front line of that mission sparking conversations, identifying opportunities, and driving the pipeline that powers our growth.

What You’ll Do..

Proactively prospect into target accounts via email, phone, social channels, and events
Drive qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities for the Enterprise Sales team
Research and identify the right stakeholders within complex organizations
Manage and track all outreach activity in Salesforce
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging and improve conversion
Represent the Tufin brand with professionalism, curiosity, and energy

Who You Are...

A successful track record working in a collaborative team or office environment
Enthusiasm for prospecting, engaging new accounts, and navigating enterprise organizations
Previous software or SaaS experience is a strong plus
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with CRM tools: Salesforce experience is a plus
A self-motivated mindset: responsible, accountable, and driven
A strong work ethic with the ability to listen, learn, and adapt quickly
A genuine desire to build a long-term career in sales and cybersecurity
German and French speaking applicants encouraged to apply
