I'm looking for an AI Team Lead to spearhead my clients Digital Innovation initiatives. Reporting into the Innovations Director, this is a unique opportunity to lead a forward-thinking team, delivering cutting-edge AI solutions that transform business processes and create real competitive advantage. Day to Day

Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a talented AI team, fostering creativity and continuous improvement.
Drive Innovation: Define and execute the AI roadmap, aligned with strategic business goals.
Deliver Impact: Design and implement AI-driven tools, automation, and predictive analytics solutions.
Collaborate: Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation.
Stay Ahead: Monitor emerging technologies and assess their potential impact.
Ensure Compliance: Uphold data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices.
Experience needed:

Proven experience in AI/ML strategy and implementation within a commercial setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Hands-on expertise with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages (Python, R).
Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and data architecture.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Bonus experience:

Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and low-code/no-code solutions.
Knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks.
Exposure to agile methodologies and innovation management practices
