Event Specialist – North America

Join a fast-growing global SaaS company transforming the legal experience for firms of all sizes. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, high-energy Event Specialist to help deliver unforgettable experiences for technology leaders at top-tier law firms across North America.

What you’ll do:

Manage end-to-end logistics for executive dinners, networking events, and regional meetups.
Support large-scale flagship events and major legal tech conferences.
Ensure every attendee enjoys a seamless, “white glove” experience from invite to follow-up.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align events with strategic goals.
Track event metrics and contribute to ROI reporting.

You bring:

3–5 years in event coordination or marketing (B2B/enterprise software preferred).
Proven experience managing both intimate high-end events and large conferences.
Strong organizational, negotiation, and budget management skills.
Willingness to travel ~25–30% across the US & Canada.

Bonus points: Experience with event management platforms (Cvent, Splash) and CRMs (Salesforce).
