Role: Solution Architect (Healthcare Industry)

Location: Remote

We are seeking a senior, strategic leader to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of core solutions built on the Microsoft technology stack, with a primary focus on Dynamics 365 (D365) and SharePoint Online (SPO). The ideal candidate will blend deep technical expertise with strategic vision, ensuring our systems meet the complex needs and regulatory requirements of the Life & Health industry.

What You Will Deliver

Architecture & Design Leadership: Lead the definition and implementation of solution architectures for our D365 (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights) and SPO platforms.

Technical Authority: Act as the Architecture Lead and Development Lead, providing hands-on technical guidance, enforcing established frameworks, and ensuring the technical integrity of all deliverables across the development lifecycle.

DevOps & Automation Champion: Drive efficiency by managing and automating the DevOps pipeline for D365 solutions, overseeing all release management planning, coordination, and execution activities.

Industry Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of Life & Health industry processes to design and tailor compliant, best-practice solutions that drive tangible business value for our clients.

Integration Frameworks: Define and document comprehensive integration and architecture frameworks that ensure seamless, standardized communication across the entire Microsoft ecosystem.

Required Expertise

Comprehensive, hands-on expertise across the Microsoft Technology Stack, including Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights), SharePoint Online, and Azure DevOps.
Proven ability to define, document, and enforce architectural and development standards.
Strong background in managing release and deployment cycles for Dynamics 365 solutions.
Demonstrable knowledge of Life & Health industry best practices and regulatory considerations.
