We are seeking a Director of Product (Technical) to drive the next decade of innovation across our AI and enterprise SaaS platform. This leader will own product vision, execution, and technical delivery across multiple product lines—including PMS/EMR, LeadEngineAI, Auvia (AI agent), payments, and core infrastructure.
This role is ideal for a true product technologist—an individual who can think strategically, write at an architectural level, and drive high-performance execution across engineering, design, operations, and leadership.
About the Role:
As Director of Product, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team across product management, technical product ownership, UX, and AI innovation. You will be accountable for:
Defining long-term product vision & strategy
Owning the roadmap across multiple product domains
Ensuring technical feasibility, scalability, and performance
Managing the end-to-end product lifecycle
Driving execution excellence across engineering pods
Delivering features on time, on scope, and at enterprise quality
This is a hands-on leadership role—you will set direction, mentor product owners, and also personally own strategic features and cross-functional programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Leadership
Define and own the multi-year product vision in alignment with the CEO, CTO, and executive team.
Translate corporate strategy into actionable roadmaps for PMS/EMR, CRM, AI modules, payments, automation, and integrations.
Lead a growing team of Product Managers, Product Owners, and UX designers.
Present product direction, KPIs, release plans, and performance metrics to executive leadership and board-level stakeholders.
Technical Product Leadership
Partner closely with engineering leadership to design scalable microservices, data flows, and cloud architectures across:
.NET/C# services
Python AI/ML workflows
Azure cloud services (Functions, App Services, SQL, Cosmos, Service Bus, Redis, Azure OpenAI)
Review and influence architectural decisions.
Drive technical documentation standards, system requirements, and API specifications.
Ensure products meet enterprise-grade requirements for security, performance, resilience, compliance, and scalability.
Execution & Delivery Excellence
Own sprint governance, delivery processes, release management, and cross-functional communication.
Establish KPIs for velocity, quality, adoption, and revenue impact.
Write and approve PRDs, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and use cases.
Drive continuous improvement in QA, automation, monitoring, and reliability.
Ensure on-time delivery of product releases across multiple engineering teams.
AI Product Innovation
Oversee evolution of Auvia (AI voice/chat agent), lead scoring algorithms, RAG search, automated booking logic, and front-desk AI operations.
Collaborate with AI engineers and data teams on LLM orchestration, guardrail design, prompt frameworks, and conversational UX.
Define KPIs for AI performance, conversion lift, automation ROI, and clinic revenue growth.
Customer & Market Leadership
Conduct customer discovery with large clinics, multi-location groups, and enterprise partners.
Monitor competitive landscape and emerging industry trends across PMS, EHR, AI, CRM, and healthcare automation.
Identify high-impact improvements that drive efficiency, automation, and new patient growth for clinics.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Product Management / Product Ownership in SaaS, ideally healthcare, fintech, CRM, or AI-driven platforms.
5+ years leading and mentoring product teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field (mandatory).
Strong technical literacy in:
.NET / C# microservices
Python and AI/ML workflows
Azure cloud ecosystem
API design, integration frameworks, security protocols
Demonstrated success delivering large-scale SaaS products to market.
Experience working with DevOps, QA automation, cloud scalability, and distributed architectures.
Ability to break down ambiguous, complex initiatives into clear product plans and engineering execution paths.
Exceptional communication—able to operate at executive, technical, and customer-facing levels.
Preferred Experience
Experience with PMS/EMR systems, workflow automation, payments, telehealth, or CRM platforms.
Background in AI conversational systems (OpenAI, vector databases, RAG pipelines).
Experience in high-growth startups or global SaaS scale-ups.
