As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an HR Intern to help support our growing team and internal operations.

Role Overview

This internship is ideal for someone interested in human resources, people operations, recruiting, and organizational culture. You’ll work closely with leadership to help build systems, improve internal processes, and support team members across the company.

This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, not busy work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting and onboarding (interns, contractors, and employees)

• Help manage employee records, documentation, and internal trackers

• Support HR processes including contracts, compliance, and policy organization

• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication

• Assist with performance tracking, feedback cycles, and internal check-ins

• Help build and maintain internal HR systems and workflows

• Support company culture initiatives and team communication

• Conduct research on HR best practices and recommend improvements

Who We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in:

• Human Resources

• Business Administration

• Psychology

• Communications

• Or a related field

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Detail-oriented and proactive

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment

• Interest in startups, creative agencies, or media companies

• High level of professionalism and discretion

• Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar); HR tools are a plus but not required
