The Role
TryHackMe is looking for a Field Marketer to help elevate our in-person presence across the UK, Europe and the US. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves bringing events to life, and understands how to translate field activity into meaningful pipeline and community growth within cybersecurity.
You will work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams to execute high-impact events, strengthen our brand visibility, and create memorable experiences for customers, prospects, and community members.
What You Will Do
Own and execute the B2B field marketing strategy, with a focus on 1:1, 1:few, and segment-based programs
Plan, run, and optimize field events including:
Dinners, roundtables, meetups, roadshows, partner events, and industry activations
Manage vendors end-to-end: sourcing, negotiation, budgeting, contracts, and on-the-ground coordination
Build and execute event promotion playbooks:
Target account selection
Sales alignment and enablement
Messaging, invitations, and follow-up sequences
Partner closely with Sales on:
Pre-event targeting and outbound strategy
In-event engagement and experience
Post-event follow-up, lead routing, and pipeline acceleration
Develop post-event frameworks including persona-based messaging, feedback loops, and opportunity progression
Own field marketing measurement:
Track sourced and influenced pipeline
Report on velocity, conversion, and ROI of field investments
Run direct mail and account-based activation programs in collaboration with Sales and Product Marketing
Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Product Marketing to ensure consistent narrative and positioning
Support event logistics including staffing, speaker coordination, executive briefings, and attendee journeys
Operate with speed and experimentation, testing new formats and approaches to drive measurable GTM impact
What You Will Bring
5–7+ years of B2B field marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or high-growth tech
Proven experience owning enterprise or mid-market field programs that influenced pipeline and revenue
Strong background in planning and executing executive-level and high-touch events
Experience managing vendors, budgets, and multi-partner logistics with financial discipline
Solid understanding of event promotion, outbound strategy, and pre/post-event nurture flows
Comfortable with funnel and pipeline measurement (sourced vs influenced, ROI, attribution)
Experience working closely with Sales as a true GTM partner
Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized with a strong bias for action
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and iterating quickly based on results
Willingness to travel (approximately 25–50%) during peak field periods
