This role offers an exciting opportunity to establish and grow a TikTok presence for a leading FMCG brand specializing in Mediterranean foods. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing the brand’s TikTok profile and TikTok Shop, with a focus on increasing both followers and sales. You will create engaging, creative content that resonates with audiences interested in healthy living and Mediterranean cuisine, while leveraging TikTok’s features to drive commercial results. The position is remote and part-time, requiring a UK-based professional with a passion for food, digital marketing, and social media innovation.

Deliverables

Set up and optimize the brand’s TikTok profile and TikTok Shop for maximum visibility and engagement
Develop and execute a content calendar tailored to TikTok trends and the Mediterranean food sector
Produce, edit, and publish high-quality, creative video content that aligns with brand values and appeals to target audiences
Monitor and analyze TikTok analytics to refine content strategy and maximize reach, engagement, and sales
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product information and promotions are accurately represented
Respond to comments and engage with the TikTok community to foster brand loyalty
Stay updated on TikTok trends, features, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements

Proven experience managing TikTok accounts and creating engaging social media content, ideally for FMCG or food brands
Strong understanding of TikTok Shop setup, management, and e-commerce integration
Demonstrated ability to grow social media audiences and drive commercial outcomes
Excellent video production and editing skills using TikTok and related tools
Creative mindset with a passion for Mediterranean food and healthy living
Commercially minded, results-driven, and able to work independently
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must be based in the United Kingdom and available for part-time, remote work
