Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Specialist to own and drive Salesforce-based solutions that align with business objectives. This role requires deep hands-on Salesforce experience, strong business communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and Salesforce development teams, translating business needs into clear, actionable product requirements while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the product owner for Salesforce initiatives, owning the roadmap, backlog, and delivery of Salesforce solutions.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into detailed product and functional requirements.
Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, QA, and business operations teams throughout the design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
Leverage deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom objects, flows, automation, integrations, etc.) to recommend best-fit solutions.
Support solution design decisions and ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices and business goals.
Manage priorities, timelines, dependencies, and risks across multiple Salesforce initiatives.
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT coordination, and release readiness activities.
Act as a key point of contact for Salesforce-related enhancements, issues, and continuous improvements.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce (SFDC) experience with strong first-hand knowledge of the platform.
Proven experience in Salesforce administration and/or development (strongly preferred).
Strong understanding of Salesforce features, configuration, and customization capabilities.
Ability to clearly translate business requirements into product and technical requirements.
Experience working in cross-functional teams, including developers, business ops, and stakeholders.
Excellent business communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
