We are seeking a dynamic Director of Project Management to lead critical initiatives within our organization. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex projects and collaborate with diverse teams while driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee project planning, ensuring clarity of requirements across various teams.
Manage risks and resolve challenges that may impact project timelines and quality.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective project execution.
Monitor progress and performance to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
Communicate project updates and release plans to relevant business units.
Coordinate deployment management and produce necessary documentation for project handovers.
Lead milestone reviews and validate release notes to ensure project readiness.

Skills

10+ years of experience in IT Project Management, particularly in a healthcare or state agency context.
Proven expertise in release management across multiple teams.
Strong understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Integrated Eligibility projects and the Maintenance & Operations phase.
Familiarity with ServiceNow and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
