Job Specifications

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a focused Microsoft Purview onboarding engagement. The BA will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical delivery, ensuring requirements, governance artefacts, and documentation are clearly defined and delivered.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and validate business requirements for data domain onboarding into Purview
Maintain a data asset inventory and requirements catalogue
Document governance processes, metadata requirements, and stakeholder inputs
Manage RAID log and delivery dependencies
Coordinate stakeholder engagement and reporting cadence
Support documentation, handover, and knowledge transfer activities
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven Business Analyst experience on data governance or data management initiatives
Strong documentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience working in structured delivery environments
Exposure to Microsoft Purview or data governance tooling is desirable but not essential
