We are currently looking for an experienced Program Manager – Service Delivery Management to strengthen our service delivery capabilities in a complex, large-scale IT environment.
What You’ll Do
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, KPIs, and SLAs while driving service quality and improvements.
Own end-to-end program and project delivery, including governance, risk management, and recovery situations.
Lead stakeholder engagements and regular program reviews covering delivery, quality, and performance.
Manage program budgets, resources, capacity planning, and multi-workstream reporting.
Coach and mentor teams while continuously improving delivery standards and methodologies.
What You Bring
10+ years of experience in service delivery and/or program management within large IT environments.
Strong contractual, commercial, and technical delivery background.
Project Management certification (PRINCE2, IPMA, PMP, or similar); SCRUM Master is a plus.
Advanced knowledge of ITIL / IT Service Management.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
EU nationality and based in Belgium.
Fluent English and French or Dutch.
Comfortable working in a hybrid model from Atos offices in Zaventem and Brussels.
