Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Analyst III to join our team in Santa Clara, California. In this role, you will be responsible for driving requirements, development, and deployment of critical CRM (Salesforce) and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) systems. You will play a key role in supporting digital transformation initiatives, enabling the scaling of sales, services, and implementations. This position requires a proactive, results-driven individual with strong analytical skills and extensive experience in Salesforce CRM and CPQ.
Responsibilities:
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders using various techniques such as interviews and workshops.
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and developers to design and validate technology solutions.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate system functionality and performance.
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure technology solutions meet business expectations.
Serve as a liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners to advocate for technology solutions.
Provide regular updates and status reports to stakeholders and management.
Qualifications:
Minimum 8-10+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.
Extensive knowledge and experience with Salesforce CRM and CPQ systems.
Advanced analytical skills with a track record of driving innovative and disruptive solutions.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a high-technology environment.
Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to influence and drive consensus across multiple stakeholders.
Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area and available to work onsite three days per week.

Pay Range: $70 - $75
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
