What you will do
Architect, deploy, and manage cloud environments in Microsoft Azure, ensuring performance, security, and cost optimization.
Lead the automation of Azure Data Platform services, including Azure SQL Database, Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, and Data Lake.
Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
Oversee and enhance CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, automating deployments for both infrastructure and applications.
Develop and enforce cloud security best practices, working with Azure RBAC, Managed Identities, Key Vault, and Defender for Cloud.
Monitor and optimize cloud environments using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
Drive high-availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies for Azure workloads.
Collaborate with development and data engineering teams and stakeholders to enable cloud-native solutions that support business needs.
Provide mentorship and technical leadership, guiding junior engineers in cloud and DevOps best practices.
What you’ll bring
7+ years of experience in Azure CloudOps, DevOps, or DataOps roles.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure services for compute, networking, storage, and security.
Hands-on experience with Azure Data Platform, including Azure SQL, Data Factory, Synapse, and Data Lake.
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
Solid experience with Linux system administration in cloud environments.
Experience working in azure data platform projects
Expertise in CI/CD pipeline development using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.
