Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Engagement Type: Contract

Location: Remote (Canada-based)

Key Responsibilities

Validate user requirements and to-be business processes
Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases
Develop and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder working sessions
Support system testing, UAT, and defect validation
Assist in developing training materials and documentation
Collaborate with business, technical, and delivery teams in an Agile environment
Analyze business workflows and stakeholder needs
Contribute to solution design and alternative analysis

Mandatory Qualifications

Excellent written and spoken English
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
10+ years of IM/IT experience
5+ years of Business Analysis experience using Agile methodology
5 years (within last 7 years) as a Senior Business Systems Analyst, including:
Requirements analysis
Design
Testing
Training

Preferred / Scored Qualifications

Experience in social services, health services, or case/care management
Strong background in:
Requirements elicitation & documentation
Functional & non-functional analysis
Business process analysis and decision flows
Technical requirements for internal/external systems
Testing expertise: test cases, test data, RTM, execution
Experience with Jira, Confluence, DevOps, Agile tools
Salesforce CRM and/or Health Cloud experience (2+ years)
Professional BA certifications (IIBA, SAFe, Agile, etc.)
Ability to communicate in French (verbal and/or written)
