About the Role

Our Digital Business Automation Services team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong experience supporting Enterprise Content Management and Document Capture platforms in a production environment. This is an operations focused role requiring hands on expertise with Documentum and Captiva. Due to the contract nature of this position, we are looking for a senior level professional who can step in with minimal ramp up.

The role is hybrid and candidates must be able to work from either in Toronto or Waterloo office when required.

What You Will Do

Support and maintain Enterprise Content Management and document capture platforms in a production environment
Monitor systems, apply application patching, and resolve incidents and support requests
Respond to incident management requests related to ECM applications and environments
Participate in Disaster Recovery planning and testing
Analyze the impact of infrastructure and technical changes and support implementation of those changes
Provide regular updates and status to operational leadership
Ensure all solutions align with information security and governance policies
Occasional on call or weekend support may be required.

What You Bring

3 to 5 years of hands on experience supporting Enterprise Content Management platforms
Strong experience with Documentum and Captiva
Experience supporting production environments including monitoring and incident management
Experience with AWS cloud technologies
Experience with Reveille or other enterprise monitoring tools
Experience with Change and Release Management processes
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multi site team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

Nice to Have

Experience with DevOps tools
Knowledge of source code management tools
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments
Enhanced Reliability Clearance is an asset
