**Role Summary**
Lead the implementation, governance, and ongoing operations of an enterprise intranet platform as Product Owner and Content Management Lead. Drive the transition from a legacy intranet to a modern digital workplace, ensuring seamless integration with key enterprise systems and delivering a unified, user‑friendly hub for communication, workflows, and knowledge management.
**Expectations**
- Deliver the intranet project within the 12‑month contract, with performance targets for adoption, usability, and content accuracy.
- Maintain continuous improvement of platform functionality and user experience.
- Manage vendor relationships, stakeholder expectations, and cross‑functional collaboration to meet business priorities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Platform Implementation & Ownership** – Configure, rollout, and optimize the new intranet; define roadmap, enhancements, and adoption strategy.
- **Systems Integration** – Coordinate integrations with Jira Service Management, Salesforce, Workday, and other clinical and operational systems; ensure the intranet serves as a seamless front door.
- **Content Management & Governance** – Establish governance frameworks, publishing workflows, and information architecture; oversee central content repository.
- **Operations, Analytics & Optimization** – Monitor performance, adoption metrics, and engagement; drive continuous improvement and issue resolution.
- **Collaboration & Communication** – Partner with Communications, HR, IT, and Employee Experience teams; provide training, documentation, and user support.
**Required Skills**
- Extensive experience with enterprise CMS or intranet platforms.
- Proven track record implementing or managing digital workplace solutions.
- Ability to integrate with Salesforce, Jira Service Management, and Workday.
- Strong vendor, technology team, and stakeholder management.
- Deep understanding of content operations, governance, and information architecture.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional workflows and CMS features.
- Demonstrated success in operational improvements and enhancing employee digital experience.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in CMS, digital workplace, or integration technologies are an advantage.
