Responsibilities

Design and implement platform services to support enterprise patterns and best practices.
Develop reusable components and APIs to enhance flexibility for application developers.
Collaborate with business and technology partners to define and integrate Salesforce platform solutions.
Partner with Information Security to implement robust security configurations and controls.
Provide Tier 3 support and resolve configuration defects for core platform services.
Lead solution design discussions and maintain documentation for platform components.
Deliver automation for deployments to improve system efficiencies.

Skills

Proficiency in Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and source-driven development.
Strong coding experience with Apex, including classes, triggers, and batch jobs.
Expertise in data modeling, Salesforce architecture, and understanding of large data volumes.
Experience with automated testing, quality engineering, and SFDX test automation.
Deep understanding of Salesforce security layers and governance.

Preferred Skills

Experience with AWS and cloud environments.
Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Salesforce platform certification.
Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or shell scripting.
