The Director of Operations, Cybersecurity will be responsible for driving growth and business execution across DoD domains (land, sea, air, space, and cyber) with a strong emphasis on Cyber markets. This role requires delivering on customer requirements while achieving company business and financial objectives. The Director will be accountable for building and maintaining strategic relationships with key customer personnel, including decision makers, influencers, and end users, who directly impact program success. They will also provide oversight for projects and program teams within their portfolio, ensuring both tactical execution and strategic alignment. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience managing operational delivery in an integrated environment that connects program teams with other business units and functional organizations.
