Job Duties
As a Customer Relations Representative , you’ll be the trusted voice of our organization—helping clients and advisors navigate their financial needs with confidence and care. Your day-to-day will include:
Be the First Point of Contact: Handle inbound phone and email inquiries from advisors, clients, and partner institutions regarding investment accounts, mutual funds, and wealth management products.
Create Meaningful Experiences: Go beyond answering questions—turn conversations into opportunities to build trust and strengthen relationships in the financial services environment.
Problem-Solve with Confidence: Take ownership of each inquiry, investigate issues related to transactions, account maintenance, and investment operations, and deliver timely, accurate resolutions that exceed expectations.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Maintain deep knowledge of financial products, policies, and compliance requirements. Share insights and feedback to help improve processes and enhance client experiences.
Collaborate Across Wealth Operations: Work closely with internal partners in operations, compliance, and advisor support to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery across multiple lines of business.
Champion Client Success: Advocate for clients by ensuring their financial needs are met promptly and professionally, always doing what’s best for them.
Adapt and Innovate: Embrace emerging technologies and evolving processes to deliver service that is proactive, consistent, and transparent. Demonstrate proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, and leverage these tools to enhance efficiency and client experience.
What We’re Looking For
Customer Service Expertise: 2+ years in a client-focused role, ideally within finance services (experience with mutual funds or investments is considered an asset).
Education: Post-secondary degree/diploma; financial services courses are an asset.
Client-Oriented: Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to deliver exceptional service.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; adaptable to new technologies.
Extra Edge: Analytical mindset, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and collaboration.
Language Skills: Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
Scheduling
Flexible rotating shifts: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM CT
Onsite 5 days per week - FTE; located in downtown Winnipeg
