We’re hiring a Domain Managing Architect to join one of the fastest-growing digital organizations in the insurance industry. This is a high-impact, highly visible role supporting major digital transformation and modernization initiatives across a multi-cloud environment.

If you’re a hands-on, tech-savvy architect with strong communication skills and true experience leading real-world transformation, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Lead 50% solution architecture / 50% enterprise architecture for digital domain initiatives.
Drive digital transformation, legacy modernization, and cloud transformation (AWS + Azure).
Build high-quality architecture artifacts: system diagrams, design docs, integration patterns.
Partner with business leaders, domain owners, developers, and executives—communicate clearly at every level.
Guide architects/engineers in adopting best practices, reusable patterns, and integration models.
Contribute to the modernization of insurance platforms, systems, and digital customer experiences.
Apply AI/GenAI concepts—POCs or personal projects are welcome.

What We’re Looking For

6–9+ years in Solution Architecture + Enterprise Architecture
A natural career progression (developer → tech lead → solutions architect → enterprise architect)
Proven experience leading real digital transformation projects
Strong knowledge of:
Multi-cloud (AWS + Azure)
APIs, services, integration patterns
Digital technologies, low-code/no-code
Data transformation & modernization
.NET and/or Python environments
Excellent communicator—able to influence across business and technology
Experience in insurance, financial services, or customer-centric industries preferred
