Job Title: Visual Merchandising Manager

The Visual Merchandising Manager is essential to expanding our retail footprint, aligning our wholesale presence, and delivering a consistent brand experience across every customer touchpoint. The position is responsible for developing and implementing visual directives and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance brand awareness, meet sales objectives, and maximize profitability across retail and wholesale channels.

Responsibilities-

Develop a visual merchandising strategy that reflects the brand’s identity and enhances the overall customer experience in retail and wholesale doors
Lead monthly visual direction, ensuring consistency in presentation and brand messaging
Develop Visual Merchandising guides that translate seasonal concepts into actionable store-level directives
Oversee the execution of window displays, wholesale installations, shop-in-shops, etc
Plan and own an effective shipping process utilizing reporting and analysis to maximize new product placement on the floor and in back of house
Provide guidance and training to field and DTC teams on visual merchandising standards and best practices

Salary $120,000-$140,000
