Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a motivated professional to play a critical role in our agile development environment. You will be instrumental in turning product vision into reality.

Agile Partnership: Proactively collaborate with Product Owners and agile teams to deeply understand and expertly deliver high-quality solutions, focusing on both new features and critical bug resolution from the product backlog.
Full Lifecycle Ownership: Immerse yourself in the entire software development lifecycle, contributing strategically from initial requirements gathering and robust design through development, rigorous testing, and successful deployment.
Continuous Enhancement: Champion the improvement of our existing application portfolio and actively refine development standards and processes to boost team efficiency and product quality.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., QA, DevOps) to harmonize efforts and ensure projects are delivered seamlessly and successfully.
Quality Assurance & Mentorship: Participate actively in code reviews, providing thoughtful, constructive feedback to maintain code quality, share best practices, and foster team growth.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is a seasoned developer with a passion for building scalable, high-performance applications.

Core Technical Mastery: 4+ years of professional experience driving development using C#/.NET/.NET Core.
Content Platform Expertise (Preferred): Experience with Sitecore CMS is highly preferred and will be a significant advantage.
Architectural Foundation: Strong command of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and practical experience applying common design patterns.
Modern Services Experience: Proven expertise designing and implementing RESTful APIs and working within a microservices architecture.
Data Proficiency: Proficiency in SQL and substantial experience working with relational databases.
Agile Mindset: Demonstrated experience working within Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Soft Skills for Success: Possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication, and a commitment to teamwork.
