You will be part of the CEO Office, a team working directly with the CEO, in charge of delivering strategic projects likely to have a significant impact on our revenues, our bottomline or our organization.

You will own the strategic vision for our commercial and client organization, identifying and launching key initiatives that will drive revenue growth and maximize sales productivity.

You will be based in Paris and report to Paul, our VP Strategy & International.

What would your future role be

Define our commercial strategy, working closely with Sales & Client teams' leaders: identify most valuable sectors to target, inform allocation of ressources on inbound vs. outbound channels, define the optimal sales organisation, adapt our hunting strategy depending on seasonality patterns, assess and review sales incentives’ structure, identify upsell patterns…
Identify and lead high-impact cross-functional projects that will have a material impact on sales & client teams’ efficiency, collaborating closely with Ops, Product and Marketing teams to deliver on these initiatives
Ensure the scalability of tools and processes to support growth across all markets (France, Spain and Italy), consolidating and prioritizing sales & client teams’ needs, identifying main roadblocks and areas of improvements and working with Ops on a target solution and timeline for implementation
Monitor sales and client teams’ performance and identify areas of improvements, both in France and in International markets
Contribute to maximizing sales enablement by ensuring proper sales trainings and up-to-date documentation

What we'd love to see in you

3-7 years of experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment (top tier consulting or Strategy & Ops roles in scale-ups)
Strong analytical capabilities
Strong project management skills to effectively coordinate multiple cross-functional stakeholders and drive critical alignment across departments
Experience in Sales or Client Management, or working with Sales & Client Management teams on revenue growth is a plus
Good understanding of the SaaS environement
Fluency in French and English, Spanish is a plus
