Data Analyst (Public Health Insights)

Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid - Local Candidates Only) Agency: Indiana Department of Health (DOH) Experience Level: 1-2 Years Deadline to Apply: TODAY, 5:00 PM EST

The Indiana Department of Health is seeking a seasoned Data Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to validates and analyzes a variety of agency data sources to garner public health insight. The incumbent will produce reports and support data-related activities for the several divisions.

Mandatory Requirements

Experience analyzing data and reporting relevant results in a professional non-academic setting.
Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) independently in a professional setting
Experience using R or Python for data analysis and reporting.
Experience using SQL to query a relational database
Experience using SAS for data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using Tableau for data visualization
Experience using Azure Portal.
Experience using Microsoft DevOps.
