The Role:

Join the core team supporting Europe's grid modernization. Provide L2/L3 technical support for Distributed Energy Resource Management Systems (DERMS) ensuring reliable integration of solar, wind, batteries, and EVs into the European power grid.

What You'll Do:

Provide 24x7 L2/L3 support for DERMS applications and integrations
Monitor system performance and data flows between DERMS, SCADA, ADMS, and distributed resources
Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes
Support deployments, upgrades, and system configuration changes
Collaborate with engineering teams on reliability and cybersecurity improvements
Participate in on-call rotation for critical grid operations support

3+ years in application support or energy management systems
Hands-on DERMS experience - implementation or support in at least 1 project
Strong ADMS/SCADA support background (utilities domain essential)
DevOps experience with Kubernetes (not just theory)
Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Utilities domain experience is mandatory

Nice-to-Have:

GridOS ecosystem knowledge
Cloud experience (Azure/AWS)
Cybersecurity certifications (NERC CIP, ISO 27001)
ITIL certification
Scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
