ServiceNow Architect - Hybrid (2+ Days a week in London) - £80k - £100k Base
Location: Must be based in the UK
This is your chance to make 2026 the year you lead transformation at scale. We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect who thrives on solving complex challenges, influencing strategy, and driving innovation. You'll be at the forefront of cutting-edge projects that enable smarter decisions and deliver exceptional business outcomes.
In this role, you'll design and implement advanced ServiceNow solutions across key areas such as asset management, portfolio management, operations, and risk. You'll bridge the gap between business goals and platform capabilities, ensuring every solution delivers measurable value while providing technical governance and oversight across complex ServiceNow programs.
You'll also develop technical specifications, technical architecture blueprints, integration patterns, and solution roadmaps for complex enterprise environments. On top of that, you'll architect data structures that power reporting, analytics, and decision-making, and ensure seamless integration's across the platform for a unified experience.
To succeed, you'll need a strong understanding of ServiceNow Scripting and proven experience operating in a ServiceNow Architect capacity.
Ideally you will hold a Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in more than one of the modules mentioned above.
