Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Salary - Up to £85k + bonus

Location - Central Manchester, Hybrid

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the team and contribute to building innovative, customer-facing digital products. You’ll work across both frontend and backend systems, collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take ownership of features end-to-end, contribute ideas, and grow within a fast-moving engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain web applications and APIs using modern JavaScript frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with a focus on performance and reliability.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high standards of delivery.
Contribute to architecture discussions and help shape technical direction.
Support continuous improvement of processes, tools, and best practices.

Skills and Experience

Solid experience in full stack development, ideally with Node.js, React, TypeScript, JavaScript and GCP
Understanding of cloud-based development (Google Cloud Platform or similar).
Familiarity with microservices, REST APIs, and modern frontend frameworks.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning.
Comfortable working in agile teams and delivering iteratively.
Experience in retail, e-commerce, or other consumer-facing digital services is a plus.
