Key Responsibilities

Identify client requirements and match them with appropriate products or services
Present product benefits effectively to potential and existing customers
Discuss prices, terms, and conditions while ensuring mutual satisfaction
Foster positive relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Identify new customers through referrals, cold calling, or networking
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
Stay informed about competitors' offerings, pricing, and trends
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly
Prepare sales reports and monitor individual performance

Key Skills & Qualifications

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and French
Negotiation: Ability to persuade and close sales deals effectively
Customer Service: Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences
Flexibility: Adaptable and collaborative in dynamic work environments

Details

Schedule: Full-time. Monday to Friday
Salary: 60,000$ base salary during your first year (negotiable) as you learn, grow, and establish your client base. After, 40,000$ Base Salary + Commission
