Role Overview
This role is responsible for leading and supporting software development projects by assisting in resource planning, scheduling, documentation, and status reporting. The individual will analyze and develop project plans, oversee task execution, and ensure timely and successful project delivery while supervising assigned team members.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, guide, and coordinate the work of assigned technical staff.
Assist with resource planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and documentation for team assignments and projects.
Analyze requirements and develop detailed work plans and project schedules.
Identify, analyze, and implement solutions to technical and project-related challenges.
Provide project leadership, ensuring system integration, data integrity, and alignment between internal Information Services teams and third-party vendors.
Facilitate effective communication and coordination among stakeholders, developers, and vendors.
Support system implementation, deployment, user training, and post-installation support.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including system design, development, analysis, testing, and project management.
Develop, maintain, and control project schedules, assigning responsibilities as appropriate to ensure successful delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
Full-Stack Software Development across multiple platforms, including .NET, Java, R, and related technologies (10+ years)
Front-End Development using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as AngularJS, React, Kendo UI, jQuery, along with HTML5 and Bootstrap (10+ years)
Web-Based Application Deployment, Troubleshooting, and Debugging in enterprise environments (10+ years)
Web Services Design and Development, including RESTful and service-oriented architectures (7+ years)
Version Control and Source Code Management using Git and TFS (5+ years)
Highly Desired Skills
Database Design and Development using Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle, with strong proficiency in T-SQL and Oracle PL/SQL (7+ years)
Experience with SharePoint Server 2013/2019 and SharePoint Online, utilizing Client-Side Object Model (CSOM) and JavaScript Object Model (JSOM) (7+ years)
Application Integration with Azure Active Directory and Azure AD B2C for authentication and identity management (5+ years)
