Avanciers is seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team for an exciting long-term contract with one of our esteemed clients, based in Remote USA.

Summary of the role and requirements:

AI/ML Development: 3–6 years of experience in Python backend development with strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, OOP, and design patterns; exposure to TensorFlow, NLP, or deep learning frameworks.
Cloud & AI Platforms: Experience working with cloud platforms (especially Azure) and familiarity with OpenAI tools and the evolving AI ecosystem.
APIs & Data Technologies: Hands-on experience with REST APIs, databases (NoSQL and/or RDBMS), and integration of AI solutions into real-world applications.
Innovation & Mindset: Passion for problem-solving, vibe coding, and personal AI/ML projects; eager to learn, collaborate, and thrive in fast-paced or startup-like environments.
