Job Description – AI Developer /Trainer (M/F) – Simplon Maghreb

Your Missions

Take part in sourcing and entry interviews
Adapt the content available on Simplonline to the Moroccan context
(national data challenges, sector‑specific examples: fintech, retail, agri‑tech)
Produce / update project briefs and Azure resources (Docs, Labs, Sandbox)
Run project sprints (on‑site & BBB video conferencing)
Set up peer‑to‑peer workshops and weekly code reviews
Enforce agile discipline (Daily, Retro)
Track progress in Simplonline and validate skill badges
Organise monthly presentations & Microsoft DP‑100 mock exams
Coach for technical interviews (live coding, business case)
Leverage our partner network (Casablanca Finance City, OCP, inwi, etc.)

Tech Stack

Python & data stack (Pandas, Scikit‑learn, TensorFlow / PyTorch)
SQL & database design (PostgreSQL, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB)
REST API development (FastAPI or Flask) and AI model integration
Microsoft Azure services: Azure ML, Cognitive Services, DevOps Pipelines
Git / GitHub version control and basic CI/CD

Desired Profil

Technical Mastery of the stack listed above: Python (data pipelines with Pandas, model building with Scikit‑learn, TensorFlow / PyTorch), SQL (PostgreSQL, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB), REST APIs with FastAPI / Flask, and Azure ML services (Cognitive Services, DevOps Pipelines).
DevOps & Versioning habits: confident with Git / GitHub workflows and basic CI/CD automation.
Agile Facilitator: comfortable running Daily stand‑ups, Retrospectives, and code reviews that foster collective progress.
