We are looking for a proactive and organised Project Support Officer to join our Digital Health team and support the delivery of key digital and transformation projects.
You will provide high-quality administrative and project support to Project Managers and senior stakeholders, helping to coordinate meetings, maintain project documentation, track actions, and support reporting. This is a varied role offering excellent exposure to project management within a fast-paced digital environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing administrative and project support, including minute taking and action tracking
Maintaining project documentation, risks, issues, and reports
Supporting meetings and engaging with senior stakeholders
Assisting with implementation activity, including floor-walking and helpdesk support
Producing reports and managing data using tools such as Excel
About you:
Significant administrative experience in an office or customer-focused environment
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills
Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
An interest in project management (PRINCE2 Foundation desirable)
