D365 CE Techno-Functional Consultant - OUTSIDE IR35 - 3 days onsite (London) 2 days remote - Public Sector

Overview
We are seeking an experienced D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Techno-Functional Consultant to support a public sector transformation project. This role involves engaging directly with stakeholders, running workshops, gathering and mapping requirements, and delivering effective low-code/no-code solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on CRM customisation experience and a strong background in Power Platform, including portals and Power Automate.
Key Responsibilities Workshops & Requirements Gathering
Lead and facilitate stakeholder workshops to capture business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
Map requirements into D365 CE capabilities, identifying gaps and proposing solution approaches.
Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to ensure alignment between requirements and delivery.D365 CE Configuration & Customisation
Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE using low-code/no-code tools.
Implement entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and workflows.
Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.Power Platform Delivery
Build and optimise Power Automate flows to automate business processes.
Work with Power Apps Portals/Power Pages, including configuration, authentication, and customisation.
Leverage the wider Power Platform where beneficial (Power Apps, Dataverse, etc.).Public Sector Engagement
Apply prior public sector experience to navigate governance, compliance, and structured delivery processes.
Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders at all levels.Required Experience
Proven experience as a D365 CE Techno-Functional Consultant.
Demonstrated ability to run workshops and manage stakeholder expectations.
Strong background in requirements gathering and mapping.
Hands-on experience customising D365 CE CRM.
Public sector project delivery experience.
Strong low-code/no-code development experience.
Proficiency with Power Automate, Power Platform, and Power Apps Portals/Power Pages.If youre interested in this role please send your CV to (see below)
