Technical Delivery Lead - Legal Technology & AI
We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to drive the adoption and delivery of AI-powered legal technology across the organisation. This role will lead end-to-end delivery of legal tech initiatives, bridging legal, technical, and business teams to turn strategy into scalable solutions.
Key responsibilities
Lead delivery of AI and legal technology projects from concept to rollout
Drive company-wide AI adoption within legal and adjacent functions
Translate legal requirements into technical delivery plans
Manage stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
Ensure solutions align with legal, regulatory, and risk requirements
Essential requirements
Legal background (qualified lawyer or equivalent legal experience)
Proven experience delivering complex technology or digital transformation projects
Strong understanding of legal technology and AI use cases
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
