We're seeking a Blockchain Architect to define and deliver the architecture for next-generation blockchain-based KYC and identity verification solutions. The role involves designing distributed frameworks that enable secure, transparent, and compliant customer data exchange within the financial services domain.About the Role
The Blockchain Architect will define the design and framework for distributed ledger solutions supporting secure customer data exchange and digital identity verification. You will be responsible for the development and deployment of blockchain solutions to securely manage customer onboarding data and transaction verification - working collaboratively with the existing team to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.Key Responsibilities

Define the architecture for blockchain-based KYC and identity verification systems.
Design smart contracts and distributed workflows integrated with AI-based onboarding platforms.
Collaborate with AI, compliance, and engineering teams to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and data protection requirements.
Provide technical leadership, guiding the team in best practices for scalability, interoperability, and security.
Communicate complex blockchain concepts and strategies clearly and effectively to technical and business stakeholders.
Experience & Skills

Proven expertise with Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Corda platforms.
Deep understanding of blockchain interoperability, data privacy, and security principles.
Demonstrated experience within financial services, particularly KYC/AML processes and secure customer data exchange.
Strong ability to influence, lead discussions, and drive consensus among diverse teams.
Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas concisely and effectively.
