IT Support Engineer - 3-Month Contract
Location: West Lothian (Hybrid)
Rate: £150-£160 per day OutsideIR35
We're looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a dynamic public sector team on a short-term contract. You'll play a key role in building, deploying, and maintaining modern IT infrastructure across a wide range of technologies, including Windows Server, Virtualisation, Unix systems, Networking, and Mobile Devices.
What you'll do:
Deliver technical support and solutions to end users across multiple platforms.
Contribute to IT Service Management processes and project delivery.
Support infrastructure components such as Servers, storage, networking, and security.
Work collaboratively to resolve incidents and improve service delivery.
What we're looking for:
Strong technical skills across infrastructure and support environments.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer-focused approach with problem-solving capability.
