Job Description:

Required Skills & Competencies:

Proven experience managing large-scale, high-impact consulting engagements.

Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Strong business acumen with the ability to link solutions to business outcomes.

Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.

Experience in one or more of the following: digital transformation, IT strategy, change management, enterprise architecture, cloud adoption, or data strategy

Tools & Technologies (As Applicable):

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana)

Familiarity with data and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics)

Experience with enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Workday, Azure, AWS, GCP)

Comfort with collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., Miro, Notion, Confluence, MS Teams)

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or relevant industry roles ( pref Banking )

Experience on Gen AI

Demonstrated success leading complex projects and client relationships

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred)

Strong leadership, facilitation, and negotiation skills
