Job Specifications

In order to design, develop and deliver new modules to our clients, MAINSYS is looking for

Software Engineer who will:

participate in the definition of the needs and choice of architectures,
take part in the conceptual and technical analyses of the architecture and software components,
participate in the development, integration and testing of the various software components,
be involved in the deployment of these components in our clients’ environments.

We coach our new Software Engineer and provide them with trainings adapted to the context of the projects and aiming at developing the required skills, both in IT and around the banking applications.

Your Profile

You are a Software Engineer and have a degree in computer science or equivalent

You have between 0 and 5 years of experience (must have).

You speak French and are proficient in English. Dutch is an asset.

You have skills in Back-end Java development:

Jakarta EE 8+ and a good knowledge of Java 17+
Build up and maintain REST API and SOAP webservices
Spring 6 (included CDI, JPA)
A knowledge of JBoss EAP 8 is welcome
A knowledge of Docker is an asset

You are familiar with the following tools: GIT/Intellij/Maven (Jenkins, Nexus eventually)

You are dynamic, problem solving, self-taught, team spirit
