This is a chance to step into a brand new & highly visible role where you’ll shape operational security, drive continuous improvement, and partner with global teams to embed best-in-class security practices.

The Opportunity

As SecOps Manager, you will:

Lead programmes that reduce information security risk across the enterprise

Manage accepted risks, changes in vulnerabilities, and remediation activities
Oversee patching, upgrades, and configuration management across key systems

Influence cyber governance, security standards, and operational procedures
Act as the bridge between security, operations, delivery teams and stakeholders

What You Bring

Strong hands-on information security experience: incident response, log review, root-cause analysis
Experience managing security infrastructure and operational security processes
Confidence communicating risk to both technical and non-technical audiences
A background supporting audits and compliance initiatives (ISO, CE+, external audits)
A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence teams across the organisation
