Job Title: Cyber Security Business Analyst (BigID)
Location: Chantilly, VA
Work Model: Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite in Chantilly, VA

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Business Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in BigID to support data discovery, classification, and third-party risk management initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with cybersecurity, risk, and IT stakeholders to design, integrate, and optimize workflows across BigID, Jira, and ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities
BigID & Workflow Management
Maintain and update RegEx classifiers to align with evolving business and compliance requirements.
Define and document end-to-end workflow integration requirements between BigID and Jira/ServiceNow.
Design data fields, routing logic, triggers, and automation rules for security workflows.
Configure and manage API integrations, authentication, and data mapping between BigID and Jira/ServiceNow.
Develop, execute, and document test plans for workflow functionality.
Perform ongoing tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting of classifiers and workflow processes.
Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to organize, prepare, and distribute resilience and cybersecurity risk assessments to critical third-party vendors.
Collect vendor responses, evaluate submissions for completeness, and develop risk assessment drafts for review.
Track assessment progress and outcomes; develop and maintain TPRM reporting mechanisms.
Track new supplier gating activities and update in-scope TPRM supplier records as required.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Cyber Security Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong hands-on experience with BigID (mandatory).
Experience integrating BigID with Jira and/or ServiceNow.
Solid understanding of workflow automation, API integrations, and security data classification.
Experience supporting Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) initiatives.
Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
US Citizenship required (Native Citizen only).
Preferred Skills
Experience in regulated or security-sensitive environments.
Familiarity with data privacy, risk, and compliance frameworks.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
