Full Stack Developer
Contract | Atlanta, GA (Local Candidates Only) | Primarily remote with ability come onsite when needed, likely a few times per month.
Tier4 Group is partnering with a high-performing technology organization to add a Full Stack Developer to a collaborative, fast-moving product team. This is a true 50/50 front-end and back-end role where you will design, build, test, and support modern web services using a mix of React, TypeScript, Python, Java, and cloud-native tools.
This team believes in strong engineering fundamentals, ownership, and continuous learning. You will have real autonomy, meaningful influence on architecture and design decisions, and the chance to work alongside developers who genuinely care about quality and teamwork.
What You’ll Do
Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications and services
Translate business needs into clean, scalable system designs
Review code, identify opportunities for performance and quality improvements, and share best practices
Collaborate closely with engineers, product, and stakeholders in an agile environment
Mentor teammates and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Take shared ownership of team outcomes, wins and challenges alike
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience with React, TypeScript, Python, and Java
Solid understanding of relational and non-relational data stores including PostgreSQL, Redis, and Oracle
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions
Deep understanding of object-oriented design and clean architecture principles
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners and turn business goals into working solutions
A self-driven, curious technologist who thrives in fast-paced environments and values collaboration
