Our leading real estate client is looking for an an experienced ISO 27001 Security Analyst to support a live information security programme. This is a hands-on contract role, focused on documentation, gap analysis and practical implementation rather than high-level advisory work.

You will work closely with technology, risk and business stakeholders to help maintain and mature the organisation’s ISO 27001-aligned Information Security Management System (ISMS).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct ISO 27001 gap analysis against existing policies, controls and processes
Write, review and update ISO 27001 documentation, including policies, procedures, standards and control mappings
Support risk assessments, statement of applicability (SoA) updates and evidence collection
Work with technical and operational teams to validate control implementation
Assist with internal audits, audit readiness and remediation actions
Ensure documentation aligns with ISO 27001 requirements and business operations
Provide pragmatic, hands-on security input rather than purely advisory guidance

Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience working as an ISO 27001 / Information Security Analyst
Strong, demonstrable experience writing ISO 27001 documentation
In-depth understanding of ISO 27001 controls, ISMS frameworks and audit requirements
Experience performing risk analysis and control assessments
Ability to work autonomously and manage deliverables in a contract environment
Strong stakeholder communication skills
Comfortable working on site in London 3–4 days per week
