POSITION: AI/ML Engineer
Responsibilities
Analyze, interpret, and apply data science methodologies to complex data sets
Plan and execute the deployment of trained AI/ML models to production environments
Translate complex technical findings into applicable models and algorithms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including military leadership, software engineers, and technical experts, to align data initiatives with mission objectives
Provide subject matter expertise on emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, and machine learning
Required Qualifications
U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
Bachelor degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data science, analytics, or quantitative research, with demonstrated expertise in AI/ML deployments to a production environment
Knowledge of federal data governance standards, cybersecurity requirements, and ethical considerations in AI/ML
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Competencies
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of data science methods and deployments
Adaptability: Ability to pivot quickly in response to evolving mission requirements and emerging technologies
Clearance Requirement
Must possess or be eligible to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
