This role offers the chance to help design the core infrastructure of an emerging AI company focused on real‑world healthcare automation.

You’ll work across backend systems, orchestration layers, and integrations with clinical technologies. The systems you build will need to be robust, safe, and transparent — they’ll support interactions with real patients and healthcare teams from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and develop backend services that drive intelligent automation
Lead integration work with clinical platforms, scheduling systems, and operational tools
Enhance platform reliability, performance, and observability
Contribute to agent‑level decision flows, memory structures, and workflow logic
Work directly with leadership, product teams, and end‑users
Influence long‑term engineering standards, practices, and architectural direction

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience
Strong proficiency in Python and ownership of end‑to‑end systems
Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure‑as‑code
Background in building and supporting production systems
Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, high‑ownership environment
Strong architectural intuition and problem‑solving skills
Product‑centric mindset — thinking about real usage, not just implementation
