UI Designer / Visual Designer

The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity for a UI Designer / Visual Designer with a solid understanding of UX and UI to deliver digital web experiences through owning the build stage. You need to feel confident in the visual field and be interested in making pitch decks, mock-ups and interactive prototypes. Any sponsorships or theatrical experience and client-facing presentation skills are preferable.

The Role

Develop UI designs and motion ideas for innovative advertising experiences.
Create campaign executions by integrating marketing objectives, target audience, creative assets, and design and motion patterns into intuitive solutions.
Independently lead campaign executions and collaborate with global design teams.
Create on-brand design solutions for all owned and operated channels.
Deliver high-quality designs for campaigns across different touch points.
Make creative trade-off decisions between teams, clients, and end-customer needs.
Measure and evaluate current processes within the department and improve them.

The Person

Experience working in advertising, design, digital media, and/or marketing.
A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and processes, visual design skills, and interactive/digital advertising experiences that solve customer/business problems.
Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and WebFlow.
Experience working cross-functionally with different teams and skill sets.

The Details

12-month fixed-term contract
Central London (5 days a week onsite)
Day rate c. £600 via PAYE
Start date: ASAP / Mid-January
