Calling all Interim Head of Shopper & Category leaders who love pace, impact, and a bit of fun along the way…

I’m supporting a leading snacking brand with hiring an Interim Head of Shopper & Category to step into a high-impact leadership role and make an immediate difference to the UK business.

Why this role is exciting:

You’ll lead a brilliant team of 4 Senior Shopper & Category Managers
Build and execute the shopper and category agenda end to end
Influence and build compelling shopper and category stories to support NPDs plans
Work with a team that’s fun, collaborative, driven, and genuinely passionate about what they do

This role is more internally focused than customer-facing, but don’t be fooled, it’s all about unlocking growth. You’ll need to confidently influence senior internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, and leadership, bringing clarity, energy, and momentum.

They’re looking for someone who:

Has strong experience leading a mix of shopper marketing and category initiatives within the FMCG sector
Can hit the ground running and bring instant credibility
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Loves leading, inspiring, and getting the best out of high-performing teams

Based: Surrey (3 days per week)
